Participants explore the four feedback styles, practice real-life scenarios, and walk away with an actionable feedback plan they can use immediately.

By the end of this 2-hour recorded workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Analyse the emotional dimensions of feedback — as giver and receiver — and explain how emotional awareness shapes managerial communication.
2. Apply the Radical Candor framework to distinguish between four feedback styles (Radical Candor, Ruinous Empathy, Obnoxious Aggression, Manipulative Insincerity) and evaluate the organisational impact of each.
3. Identify and categorise real-world feedback examples using the Radical Candor quadrant, recognising patterns that support or undermine a culture of honest, respectful dialogue.
4. Rewrite and rehearse feedback conversations using Challenging Directly and Caring Personally, balancing honesty with interpersonal respect.
5. Apply strategies to navigate defensiveness and cultural sensitivity, adapting communication style to maintain trust and psychological safety across diverse teams.
6. Construct a personalised, actionable feedback plan specifying when, how and to whom Radical Candor will be applied.
7. Commit to a concrete standard of honest, respectful feedback practice aligned with ethical leadership principles.
